When you place an order we ask for your name, phone number and address (governorate, area and a nearby landmark). We need these to deliver the order and to reach you if anything about the delivery changes.

If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we keep those messages and your number so we can follow up on your order or repair.

Your cart, wishlist and recently viewed products are stored in your own browser. They stay on your device and exist so you find your cart the way you left it.

Orders are paid cash on delivery or by bank transfer, so the site never asks for and never stores card or bank details.

Anyone asking you for card details in the name of Shopini Store is not us. Do not give them out, and please tell us.

Delivery details go to the courier handling your order, and only as far as the delivery requires.

We do not sell, rent or trade your details with advertisers.

We may disclose information where Iraqi law formally requires it.

Order records are kept as long as accounting, warranty and after-sales service need them.

You can ask us to correct or delete your details; we act on that unless a legal or accounting obligation stops us.
