All prices are in Iraqi dinars and include tax according to the store's settings.

Availability reflects stock at the time the page is shown. If an item sells out after you order, we call you and offer an alternative or cancel the order.

We work to keep specifications and photos accurate; where a clear pricing or specification error occurs we may cancel the order and will tell you why.

An order is confirmed once we have called or messaged you and agreed the details and the address.

We deliver to every Iraqi governorate; delivery times vary by governorate.

Payment is cash on delivery or bank transfer, as agreed at confirmation.

Products carry the official agent or manufacturer warranty. The period differs by product and is stated with it.

Warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, liquid damage, or opening by an unauthorised party.

Warranty claims are handled at our branches with the receipt and the product's box.

Content, images and trademarks shown belong to their owners and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Any use that harms the site, disrupts the service, or attempts to reach other people's data is prohibited.
